Paint Your Pet

Join us for a fun and heartwarming evening where you’ll turn your furry (or feathered!) friend into a beautiful work of art! Our Paint Your Pet event includes step-by-step guidance, all materials, and a lightly pre-sketched portrait of your pet on a 12x12 canvas. No experience needed — just bring your creativity and love for your pet!

Details:

• Includes all supplies (canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, apron)
• Please email a clear photo of your pet at least one week in advance to galleryofhermosa@gmail.com
• Your pet will be lightly pre-sketched on the canvas before the event
• Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages to enjoy while you paint

Photo Submission Tips

To help us create the best sketch possible, please follow these photo guidelines:

• Make sure your pet is well-lit with clear highlights and shadows (avoid flash or dim lighting).

• Choose a simple photo where your pet’s face and expression are visible — headshots work best!

• Keep the background minimal; only your pet will be included in the portrait.

• Use a high-resolution image so details like fur and eyes are sharp.
