Hermosa Art Lab – Plein Air Workshop Policy & Release

Thank you for joining our workshop! Please read the guidelines carefully:

Refund Policy:

• Full refund of the deposit if you cancel on or before March 15, 2026.

• March 16 – April 30, 2026: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Full payment is due by May 1, 2026. No refunds after May 1, 2026.

• HAL may cancel the workshop up to 45 days prior if minimum enrollment is not reached. HAL may also cancel the workshop at any time due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control (including illness, weather, or unforeseen events).

• In all cancellation cases, students will receive a full refund of the workshop fee only. HAL and the instructor are not responsible for any additional costs such as travel, lodging, or other personal expenses.

Participation & Safety:

• Students participate at their own risk. HAL and the instructor are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost personal items.

Release & Liability:

• By registering, participants fully release Hermosa Art Lab and the instructor from any liability for injury, accident, or claims outside the studio, including travel to/from the workshop, group events, or individual excursions.

Materials:

• Bring your own supplies unless otherwise noted; some communal supplies will be provided.

Media & Promotion:

• HAL may take and use photographs, video, and quotes from workshops for promotional purposes. No compensation will be provided.
